Help Rabbanit Kapach provide Pesach meals to those in need in Israel

Dear Chevra,

The background and the facts:
I met the Rabbanit Kapach on my first Mitzvah trip to Israel in January, 1975. We have remained close ever since. She is a true Tzadeket/Mitzvah hero in the classic sense of the word.
As most of you know, for almost 50 years, the Rabbanit has provided food packages for Passover for thousands of families — tens of thousands of individuals.
With the help of many volunteers, in the past few years her incredibly fine and beautifully well-organized program has managed to provide from 2,500 to more than 6,000 packages for families and individuals.
The Rabbanit distributes as many packages as the contributions can cover.
Donations throughout the year for her “regular” Mitzvah work continue to be disastrously low, and she is greatly concerned again this year as she was the last couple of years about her ability to provide for Pesach for as many people as she would like.

I urge everyone on my list to take part in this great Mitzvah. And I hope that you, in turn, will pass information this on to your own individual lists of friends, family, and acquaintances. (There should be a special Bracha nowadays for e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, and all the rest of the cyber-Mitzvah-chevra.)
The Rabbanit is now nearly 90 years old, and she should not have to be burdened with this kind of concern.
Our efforts can allow her to do what she does best — Mitzvahs — with ease and with the sippuk nefesh (soul-satisfaction) she deserves.
